At Dalkia UK, we’re looking for an experienced and inspirational General Manager to lead our operations at Hinkley Point B. This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for the overall performance, safety, compliance, and strategic direction of our contract. Working closely with EDF stakeholders and senior leaders, you’ll ensure the delivery of a safe, efficient, and high‑performing service while driving continuous improvement and long‑term business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver a robust station business plan, driving operational excellence, financial performance, and a strong safety culture.
- Lead, inspire, and develop multidisciplinary teams, setting clear objectives and ensuring high levels of engagement and performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with EDF Energy, trade unions, regulators, and senior stakeholders across multiple organisations.
- Ensure the contract remains compliant, resilient, and sustainable, meeting all legal, regulatory, and procedural requirements.
- Provide strategic oversight of Facilities Management and project delivery activities across the station.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain the highest standards of health, safety, environmental, and quality performance.
