Job Responsibilities
- Administration of the team shifts Rota using company IT Software.
- Assist in supervising that manning levels are met for all duties and ad-hoc requirements.
- Administration of sickness and other absences inline with company policies.
- Assistance in disciplinary matters, such as note taking.
- Administration of contractual compliance, providing data to evidence KPI compliance as required.
- Calculation of site specific benefits including payroll checks.
- Adhering to and improving administration processes and procedures.
- Maintenance and updates of Project plans and trackers.
- Supporting the Operations Support team and wider project team with ad hoc projects as required.
- Coordination of mailbox and prioritising replies.
- General Administration support.

- General Administration support.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent activities and adapt to a changing environment
- Strong interpersonal skills β building trust and support
- Excellent communication skills β written and oral.
- Competent IT skills, proficient in Google Suite.
- Adherence to company policies and operating procedures.
- Desirable: scheduling or rota management experience.
Profile
Full time role - 40 hours a week
Educational Requirements/Qualifications
- Proficient in Maths, English and IT.
- Preferred Experience
- Experience of working within a busy office environment
- HR, Sickness and Absence Management knowledge
- Knowledge of employee Investigations and Disciplinary hearings in the Commercial Sector
