Job Responsibilities

  • Administration of the team shifts Rota using company IT Software.
  • Assist in supervising that manning levels are met for all duties and ad-hoc requirements.
  • Administration of sickness and other absences in line with company policies.
  • Assistance in disciplinary matters, such as note taking.
  • Administration of contractual compliance, providing data to evidence KPI compliance as required.
  • Calculation of site specific benefits including payroll checks.
  • Adhering to and improving administration processes and procedures.
  • Maintenance and updates of Project plans and trackers.
  • Supporting the Operations Support team and wider project team with ad hoc projects as required.
  • Coordination of mailbox and prioritising replies.
  • General Administration support.

Skills and Competence

  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent activities and adapt to a changing environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills – building trust and support.
  • Excellent communication skills – written and oral.
  • Competent IT skills, proficient in Google Suite.
  • Adherence to company policies and operating procedures.
  • Desirable: scheduling or rota management experience.

Educational Requirements/Qualifications

  • Proficient in Maths, English and IT.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience of working within a busy office environment.
  • HR, Sickness and Absence Management knowledge.
  • Knowledge of employee Investigations and Disciplinary hearings in the Commercial Sector.
