Summary of

Role: The HR Administrator provides comprehensive administrative support to the Human Resources function, supporting the full employee lifecycle from candidate onboarding through to employment administration.

The role is responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, managing HR systems and reporting, coordinating onboarding activities, and ensuring compliance with company, client, and regulatory requirements.

Working closely with HR colleagues, hiring managers, employees, and external providers, the post holder will support the timely and efficient onboarding of new starters and staff transfers, maintain data integrity across HR systems, and ensure employee information is accurate, accessible, and audit ready.

HR Administration Provide day-to-day administrative support across the full employee lifecycle.

Prepare and issue HR documentation including contracts of employment, offer letters, contract amendments, confirmation letters, and other employment-related correspondence.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, always ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Act as the first point of contact for routine HR queries, escalating complex matters where appropriate.

Support HR meetings by arranging documentation, taking notes where required, and maintaining accurate records of actions.

Ensure all personal and sensitive information is processed in accordance with GDPR and company policies.
