Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the business workforce planning strategy aligned to organisational objectives.
- Embed a workforce planning framework to forecast short‑, medium‑ and long‑term workforce demand.
- Improve the visibility of current and future workforce capability across the business.
- Identify workforce risks, capability gaps and future resource requirements.
- Build and maintain skills frameworks and capability matrices.
- Lead succession planning activities for critical and specialist roles.
- Manage the Early Careers strategy, including graduates, apprentices and industrial placements.
