The Sizewell C Jobs Service supports local people into exciting, long-term careers across our Project.
Location: Hybrid, London 2/3 days per week, occasional travel to Bristol or Ipswich, Suffolk.
Contract: Permanent, full-time.
Salary: £75,000 - £80,000 dependent on experience, plus benefits.
- Annual Leave: 28 days per annum, increasing to 30 days after 5 years of service, plus bank holidays.
- Bonus: 10% annual bonus.
- Pension Contributions: Defined Contribution Pension Scheme with up to 7.5% employee contribution and 15% employer contribution.
- Private Medical: Included.

About the Role: As the European Pressurised Reactor Programme Manager or Change Manager, you will work collaboratively across multiple projects to ensure structure, collaboration, and the implementation of opportunities ensuring all work is delivered on time, within budget, and meets the highest standards of quality and safety. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of the UK's nuclear future, contributing to a sustainable and secure energy supply.
About You:
- Project Management qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, or similar).
- Solid experience in managing large-scale nuclear power plant construction or operations projects.
- Familiarity with UK nuclear regulatory frameworks and safety standards.
- Proven experience in programme management within large-scale, complex engineering or infrastructure projects, ideally in the nuclear or energy sector.
- In-depth knowledge of the European Pressurised Reactor (EPR) technology and its application in nuclear power projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders and convey complex technical information clearly.
- A solid understanding of project management methodologies, including risk management, cost control, and scheduling.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced changing environments and deliver results under pressure.
