A popular Primary School in Croydon is searching for a Teaching Assistant to join them for the full academic year, if not longer. You will be working as a Teaching Assistant in Year 2, supporting across a couple of classes, working with children with SEN, EAL and Emotional Needs. You will be working alongside another Teaching Assistant, as well as qualified Class Teachers.

This Ofsted graded "Outstanding" school has the best facilities you will find in Croydon. They have large, open plan classrooms, an art studio, plenty of outdoor play space and more. Additionally, the curriculum is particularly holistic, encompassing Music, Drama, Art and Sports into as much of the learning as possible.

Experience working with children in some capacity is required. Experience supporting children with SEN is beneficial but not essential. Graduates with a keen interest in Teaching/Education/SEN/Psychology are ideal. Above all else, someone who enjoys working with children is needed. The ideal candidate should be patient, calm, professional and a positive role model. People with a creative background will be great!
