Salary: GBP 44,238 – GBP 62,496 per annum + performance progression + bonuses.

EdEx have partnered with an independent SEND primary school based in the heart of Kensington & Chelsea. The school is looking to appoint an SEND Teacher for September 2026. This is a full time, permanent posting in which you would be employed directly by the school.

What’s the role?

  • Class Teacher – SEND Teacher.
  • MPS3 – UPS3 – Inner London.
  • Based in Kensington & Chelsea.
  • Teach and support children with Autism and complex developmental needs.
  • Work daily alongside Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Behaviour Specialists within a fully integrated therapeutic model.
  • Lead a small class of pupils with SEND, supported by trained Teaching Assistants and a multidisciplinary team.

Who are we looking for?

  • QTS is ESSENTIAL; applications without QTS will not be considered.
  • Experience with SEND, either in a provision, hub, specialist school, or otherwise.
  • Good understanding of EHCPs and the expectations of staff to deliver targets.
  • Knowledge of TEACCH, PECS, ABA, or similar informed practices.
  • Strong assessment and progress tracking ability.
