What’s the role?

  • Class Teacher – SEND Teacher
  • MPS3 – UPS3 – Inner London
  • Based in Kensington & Chelsea
  • Teach and support children with Autism and complex developmental needs
  • Work daily alongside Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Behaviour Specialists within a fully integrated therapeutic model
  • Lead a small class of pupils with SEND, supported by trained Teaching Assistants and a multidisciplinary team

Who are we looking for?

  • QTS is ESSENTIAL; applications without QTS will not be considered
  • Experience with SEND, either in a provision, hub, specialist school, or otherwise
  • Good understanding of EHCPs and the expectations of staff to deliver targets
  • Knowledge of TEACCH, PECS, ABA, or similar informed practices
  • Strong assessment and progress tracking ability
