Job Description
  • Support children aged 4–5 in their first year of formal education
  • Assist with phonics, early reading and writing development
  • Deliver and support engaging, play-based learning activities
  • Use creativity through arts, storytelling, music and role play
  • Help build children’s confidence, communication and social skills
  • Work closely with teachers and EYFS staff to create a nurturing environment

Person Specification
  • Creative graduate (Arts, Drama, English, Psychology, Music or similar)
  • Experience working with children, ideally within Early Years or Reception
  • Understanding of phonics and early literacy (or willingness to develop this)
