What’s the role?
- Class Teacher – SEND Teacher.
- MPS3 – UPS3 – Inner London.
- Based in Kensington & Chelsea.
- Teach and support children with Autism and complex developmental needs.
- Work daily alongside Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Behaviour Specialists within a fully integrated therapeutic model.
- Lead a small class of pupils with SEND, supported by trained Teaching Assistants and a multidisciplinary team.
Who are we looking for?
- QTS is ESSENTIAL, applications without QTS will not be considered.
- Experience with SEND, either in a provision, hub, specialist school, or otherwise.
- Good understanding of EHCPs and the expectations of staff to deliver targets.
- Knowledge of TEACCH, PECS, ABA, or similar informed practices.
- Strong assessment and progress tracking ability.
