In the Learning Support Assistant – Science role you will run your own intervention classes, support students taking GCSEs, A-Levels, and Mock exams as well as supporting in the classroom as an LSA. Day to Day:
- Running interventions for Y10, Y11, Y12, and Y13 students in your subject specialism
- Encouraging progress and recording this with the class teacher
- Supporting learning in 1:1 and small group sessions
- Supporting students with and without SEN
- Aiding with classroom learning alongside a teacher
