As a Learning Support Assistant (LSA), you will work closely with two secondary students on a 1:1 basis, supporting their academic progress while helping them manage ADHD‑related challenges throughout the school day. Job Description- Provide 1:1 academic and behavioural support for two secondary students with ADHD
- Support students across Key Stages 3–5 (ages 11–18)
- Help students remain focused, organised and engaged during lessons
- Work closely with teachers and the SEN department to support learning and wellbeing
- Opportunity to provide additional 1:1 and small group SEN support when required
