An outstanding Independent Prep School in Haringey is seeking a patient and committed ADHD Support Assistant to work on a 1:1 basis with a Year 3 pupil (aged 8–9), starting ASAP. This is a part-time position (12:00 pm – 4:00 pm, term time only).
Your role will focus on supporting a bright and engaging pupil with ADHD, helping her to stay focused, regulated, and confident within the classroom environment. You will play a key role in ensuring she can access learning and thrive both academically and socially.
The ideal ADHD Support Assistant will be calm, nurturing, and consistent, with a natural ability to build strong, trusting relationships. If you have experience working with children or young people with ADHD or additional needs, we would love to hear from you. This does not have to be within a school setting – all relevant transferable experience will be considered.
