A highly respected secondary school in Newham is looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to start ASAP in a long‑term role.
As a Learning Support Assistant (LSA), you will work closely with two secondary students on a 1:1 basis, supporting their academic progress while helping them manage ADHD‑related challenges throughout the school day. This is a rewarding opportunity to build meaningful relationships, provide consistent support, and help students develop the confidence and strategies they need to succeed. This role would suit a Psychology graduate or someone with experience supporting SEN students, particularly those with ADHD or behavioural needs.

- Provide 1:1 academic and behavioural support for two secondary students with ADHD
- Support students across Key Stages 3–5 (ages 11–18)

- Opportunity to provide additional 1:1 and small group SEN support when required

- Psychology graduate or someone with relevant SEN experience
- Experience supporting students with ADHD, Autism (ASD), Dyslexia, Speech & Language needs or behavioural challenges
