In this Reception Teaching Assistant role, you will support children as they begin their school journey, helping to develop strong foundations in phonics, early reading and communication. You will blend structured learning with creative, play-based activities, using your energy and imagination to engage pupils.
JOB DESCRIPTION- Support children aged 4–5 in their first year of formal education
- Assist with phonics, early reading, and writing development
- Deliver and support engaging, play-based learning activities
- Use your creativity through arts, storytelling, music, and role play
- Help build children’s confidence, communication, and social skills
- Work closely with teachers and EYFS staff to create a nurturing environment

- Creative graduate (Arts, Drama, English, Psychology, Music or similar)
- Experience working with children, ideally within Early Years or Reception
