A high-performing Secondary School in Westminster is seeking an Inclusion Administrator to join its dedicated Inclusion team from September. This is an exciting opportunity for an efficient and proactive individual to play a key role in supporting the school's pastoral, behaviour, attendance and SEND provision. Working closely with senior leaders, the SENDCo, Heads of Year and the wider Inclusion team, you will ensure students receive the support they need to succeed, both academically and personally. This role would suit someone who thrives in a busy school environment and enjoys working collaboratively with staff, students, parents and external agencies.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Supporting the school's Inclusion, SEND and Pastoral teams
- Maintaining accurate student records and confidential documentation
- Coordinating meetings with parents, staff and external professionals
- Assisting with EHCP administration, annual reviews and referrals
- Monitoring attendance, behaviour and intervention records
- Liaising with external agencies and local authority services
- Full-time, term-time only
- September start
- Located in Westminster
