An ‘Outstanding’ Secondary School in the Borough of Hounslow is seeking a Pastoral Support – Graduate to provide wellbeing support to pupils across KS3-KS5. This is a full‑time role starting in September 2026. The Head Teacher is looking to speak to academically gifted graduates who want to gain experience with SEMH needs or pursue a career in teaching. You will be responsible for the pastoral management of the student body and will work closely with the Student Support Team.

Job Description:

  • Supporting the wellbeing and pastoral care of KS3-KS5 on a daily basis
  • Working closely with senior leadership to coordinate care and support for pupils
  • Assisting students of varying ages and abilities, including those with SEND/SEMH needs
  • September 2026 start with potential Teacher Training opportunities from September 2026
  • Full‑time, long‑term role – 08:00 – 16:00
