As a Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with students across KS3, KS4 and KS5, providing targeted academic interventions and in-class support in Maths. You will support students with a range of additional learning needs, including ADHD, Dyslexia, Autism (ASD) and Speech & Language difficulties, helping to build their confidence, engagement and progress within lessons. This role would particularly suit an aspiring Maths Teacher, Educational Psychologist or SEN professional looking to gain hands-on classroom experience within a high-achieving and inclusive secondary school.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Providing 1:1 and small group Maths interventions
- Supporting students across KS3, KS4 & KS5
- Assisting students with SEN including ADHD, ASD, Dyslexia & Speech and Language needs
- Supporting academic progress, confidence and classroom engagement
- Working closely with the Maths Department and SENCO
- Full-time / Term-Time Only

PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Must hold a 1st Class or 2:1 degree in Maths or a related subject from a reputable university
- Previous experience working with young people is desirable
