As an EYFS Support Assistant, you will be working alongside 3-5-year-olds within the classroom while also providing additional support to the SEN pupils in 1:1 and group settings. You will be working to support students’ inclusion in learning and daily classroom routines day to day to ensure their individual needs are met and to break down the invisible barriers to education.

EYFS Support Assistant: JOB SPEC

  • EYFS Support Assistant

  • Working with pupils across EYFS classes

  • Assisting the Teacher to ensure appropriate learning and behaviour and learning expectations are met by the students

  • Leading 1:1 and group intervention sessions for pupils (English, Maths, Phonics)

  • Additionally supporting SEN pupils through the lessons (ASD, ADHD, SP&L etc)

  • September 2024 Start – Full-time position

  • 105 – 110 per day – Term time only

  • Based in the borough of Camden
