A leading secondary school in Ealing is searching for an exceptional Oxbridge Graduate Academic Mentor to join their team from September 2026.
This full-time role is ideal for a graduate who is passionate about education and considering a future career as a secondary teacher.
You will work closely with pupils across KS3 and KS4, supporting them in lessons, leading small-group interventions and helping them make strong academic progress.
Responsibilities
- Support pupils in your specialist subject area
- Deliver small-group and 1:1 academic interventions
- Help stretch high-achieving pupils and support those working below target
- Build pupils’ confidence, motivation and independent learning skills
- Work closely with experienced teachers and subject leaders
- Gain valuable experience before teacher training
