An Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ secondary school in Ealing is searching for a confident and driven Humanities Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team for an ASAP start. This is a full time & term time only role, with scope for teacher training from September 2026 or 2027. This is the perfect opportunity for a Humanities Graduate Teaching Assistant who is considering a career in teaching and is eager to gain valuable, hands-on classroom experience before committing to a PGCE.
The Head Teacher is passionate about developing graduates into outstanding educators and offers extensive in-house training and continuous support to all Teaching Assistants. - Full Time – Term Time Only
- Supporting students across KS3, KS4 & KS5 within English and Humanities departments
- Delivering targeted interventions for literacy, reading comprehension & essay writing
- Supporting across subjects such as History, Geography & RE
- Supporting exam preparation & revision sessions
- Located in Ealing
- 1st Class / 2:1 Humanities, English or related degree from a reputable University
- Strong academic background, particularly in essay-based subjects
- Passionate about education and making a difference
- Confident, articulate and proactive
- Ideal for an aspiring Humanities Teacher
