A fantastic, inclusive Primary School in Tower Hamlets is searching for a Primary SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team in September 2026. This is the perfect opportunity for a graduate considering a future career in Educational Psychology, Speech & Language Therapy, Clinical Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Teaching or Child Mental Health.
This Primary SEN Teaching Assistant role will see you supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASD), ADHD, Speech & Language difficulties and Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) needs. You will work closely alongside experienced teachers, SEN professionals and therapists, gaining invaluable hands-on experience within a supportive school environment.
The school is specifically looking for academically strong graduates with a 1st Class or 2:1 degree from a reputable university, who are confident, compassionate and genuinely passionate about supporting children with SEN.
Job Description- Supporting pupils with Autism (ASD), ADHD, SEMH and Speech & Language needs
