A holistic, creative and nurturing primary school in Lewisham is seeking x3 Classroom Assistants to join them in September, for the full academic year.

This Ofsted Outstanding school has been employing Creative Graduates into Classroom Assistant positions for the past 7 years with enormous success. If you\’re a creative graduate that enjoys working with children, this could be the job for you!

Responsibilities

• Working in the classroom alongside a qualified teacher
• Supporting multiple children, including those with SEN and EAL requirements
• Running a creative club of your choosing, i.e Arts, Drama, Music, Sport etc
• Running small interventions with groups of 5-6 children at a time
• Have the opportunity to enroll onto the school\\\’s salaried teacher training programme the following academic year

Details

• Role: Classroom Assistant
• Salary: 105 – 115 per day
• Hours: 08:30 – 16:00, Monday – Friday, term time only
• Location: Lewisham, SE13 — Short walk from a station; free parking on site
• Suitable year groups: EYFS, KS1 or KS2
• Start: September 2025, through to July 2026
• Opportunity for salaried teacher training next year
