We have been tasked in finding aspiring teachers across all subjects through both salaried and unsalaried teaching routes. This English Graduate opportunity is offered as an "Earn, while you teach & learn" route – which is a Salaried Schools Direct scheme.

  • Paid position on the Unqualified Teacher (UQT) scale (most commonly UQ1)
  • Employed directly by a school from day one
  • Higher initial teaching load, typically around 15 periods per week
  • Teaching load gradually increases to approximately 20 periods per week
  • One dedicated training day per week
  • Opportunity to gain QTS with PGCE (optional opt-out available if required)
