This Aspiring Science Teacher Program is an “Earn while you teach & learn” salaried Schools Direct scheme that offers a full-time, term‑time only position starting September 2026. The role is a paid position on the Unqualified Teacher (UQT) scale (most commonly UQ1), employed directly by the school from day one.

Qualifications
- Desirable degree in Chemistry, Physics, Natural Sciences, Mathematics & Physics, Environmental Science, Geography & Environmental Science, Health Science, Healthcare & Fitness, or any STEM related degree from a reputable university
- Good A Levels & GCSEs across the board
- Confidence in knowledge of both the GCSE & A Level curriculum
- Ability to engage and motivate students
- Commitment and ambition to succeed
