This Aspiring Science Teacher Program is an “Earn while you teach & learn” salaried Schools Direct scheme that offers a full-time, term‑time only position starting September 2026. The role is a paid position on the Unqualified Teacher (UQT) scale (most commonly UQ1), employed directly by the school from day one.

  • Good A Levels & GCSEs across the board
  • Confidence in knowledge of both the GCSE & A Level curriculum
