Teaching Assistant + Paid Teacher Training

A creative, holistic learning and friendly Primary school in Sutton Coldfield are on the hunt for x3 Teaching Assistants to join their 'Outstanding' Primary school.
The school have an extraordinary track record of bringing in Graduates as Teaching Assistants and providing world-class training and support, to enable you to go on to be an outstanding Primary Teacher. We have placed over 15 graduates at the school in the last 3 years, each graduate has given glowing reviews of the staff, curriculum and training opportunities.
Additionally, if you are an Aspiring Primary Teacher the school can offer Salaried Teacher Training commencing September 2025. Meaning you won't pay the tuition fees and you'll receive a salary whilst training!
What will the Teaching Assistant + Paid Teacher Trainingposition involve day to day?
- Work in your preferred Key Stage – EYFS, KS1 or KS2
- Show your creative flair! – the school have a diverse, rich and creative curriculum, meaning pupils don't just read off a whiteboard, you will have the opportunity to deliver creative sessions day to day
- Supporting the Class Teacher – providing whole class support
- Run targeted interventions – support students on a 1:1 and small group basis with English and Maths
- Support students with mild SEN (Special Educational Needs) – Opportunity to support mild Autism, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, ADHD and more!
- Receive between £105 and £110 per day
- Work Monday to Friday – School Hours – 8:30 am – 4:30 pm – Long Term
