In the heart of Lewisham, an 'Outstanding' Secondary School is on the hunt for a Sociology Teacher / Sociology ECT (Social Sciences) for a September 2025 start. This is a permanent, full-time contract. The Head Teacher is looking for an ambitious Sociology Teacher / Sociology ECT who is keen to add value to an expanding Sociology Department.

The school is renowned for their supportive SLT and impressive Progress 8 results across all subjects. They are well invested in the Education sector, setting new teaching practices, as well as training their own and new staff. It's an exciting time at the school!

Experienced Sociology Teachers can take on a TLR such as KS4 Coordinator, Pastoral Responsibility, and more. Newly Qualified Sociology Teachers (ECT) will be enrolled onto the school's very own bespoke ECT induction, as well as work alongside a range of young and experienced Sociology Teachers.
