Primary Classroom Assistant

A well-recognised Primary School in Tower Hamlets is actively looking to secure multiple Primary Classroom Assistants to join their well-established team immediately. The ideal Primary Classroom Assistant will be aspiring teachers to step into their school and inspire their pupils daily, prompting them to succeed in their academic and social growth.

As a Primary Classroom Assistant, you may be required to hold 1:1 or group intervention sessions for English, Mathematics and Phonics. This can also involve assisting and tailoring the curriculum to fit the needs of pupils with SEN such as ADHD, Autism, Speech & Language difficulties, and Dyslexia.

Job Description –

  • Primary Classroom Assistant
  • Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 & KS2
  • Working closely with experienced Teachers and Staff
  • Can involve working alongside SEN needs (ASD, ADHD, S&L etc)
  • £105 – £110 per day – Term time only
  • ASAP start
  • Long-term contract – Full Time
  • Based in Tower Hamlets
