In the heart of Islington, an \’Outstanding\’ Secondary School is on the hunt for an MFL Teacher / MFL NQT / MFL ECT for a September 2025 start. This is a permanent, full-time contract.
The Head Teacher is looking for an ambitious MFL Teacher / MFL NQT / MFL ECT who is keen to add value to an expanding MFL Department. The school is renowned for its supportive SLT and impressive Progress 8 results across all subjects.
The school is well invested in the Education sector, setting new teaching practices, as well as training their own and new staff. It\’s an exciting time at the school!
Experienced MFL Teachers can take on a TLR such as KS3 Coordinator, Pastoral Responsibility, and more. Newly Qualified MFL Teachers (NQT) will be enrolled onto the school\’s bespoke NQT induction and work alongside a range of young & experienced Science Teachers.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Must have UK QTS or be in the process of gaining it
- Strong academics across the board – Degree, A Levels, and GCSEs
- Must meet the 8 Teaching Standards to a \’Good or Outstanding\’ level
- You must be able to work as part of a large team of MFL Teachers
- Must be willing to listen to feedback
