An inclusive and supportive Primary School in the Borough of Merton is seeking a passionate ECT Primary Class Teacher to join their team. You would be employed directly through the school on a full-time, permanent basis. This 2-form-entry Primary School is renowned for the support given to ECTs (NQTs) through experienced mentorship, 1:1 coaching and constant CPD opportunities. Lots of experienced members of staff started as ECTs here and have gone from strength to strength. The Head Teacher is seeking an ECT Primary Class Teacher who will hit the ground running and inspire the younger generation, all with support from SLT and experienced leaders.
