A popular community focused school in Enfield is searching for an ambitious and inspiring Head of MFL to join the team in September 2026. This is a permanent position suited to an experienced MFL Teacher looking to step up, or for an experienced Head of MFL seeking a fresh new challenge in a growing school.

The successful Head of MFL candidate will have access to one on one support, coaching, an extensive network of training and future leadership opportunities.

Person Specification:

  • Experienced MFL Teacher or Head of MFL
  • Ability to teach and lead on both French and Spanish to KS5 level
  • UK QTS is essential
  • Ability to teach and embrace a broad, multicultural curriculum
  • Confident with evident leadership skills and a passion for Modern Foreign Languages
