EdEx are working with an Outstanding School in Ealing keen to onboard ECTs this September in permanent, full-time positions. The school runs a bespoke programme for ECTs designed to have you signed off as an outstanding practitioner by the end of year 1, with the second year of training focusing on operational leadership. EdEx have worked with this school for a number of years and have placed ECTs who now serve in MLT at the school, showing the ambition of the school to invest in its less experienced staff.
