, East London are looking for Academic Mentors to join them from September 2026.

The school are looking for academically gifted graduates who can support students across KS3 & KS4, helping to raise attainment, build confidence and inspire pupils to aim high academically.

Your role as an Academic Mentor will involve supporting students within your subject specialism, delivering targeted intervention and working with pupils in class, in small groups and on a 1:1 basis.

You will primarily support within your subject area but may also support across other core subjects where needed.

Additionally, you will act as a positive academic role model, supporting students with study skills, revision strategies, confidence, motivation and future aspirations.
