In the heart of Hertfordshire, Bushey an 'Outstanding' Secondary School are on the hunt for a Science Teacher / Science ECT for a September 2026 start. This is a permanent, and full-time contract. The Head Teacher is looking for an ambitious Science Teacher / Science ECT who is keen to add value to an expanding Science Department. The school is renowned for their supportive SLT, and impressive Progress 8 results across all subjects.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • Must have UK QTS or be in the process of gaining
  • Strong academics across the board - Degree, A Levels and GCSEs
  • Must be meeting the 8 Teaching Standards to a 'Good or Outstanding' level
  • You must be able to work as part of a large team of Science Teachers
  • Must be willing to listen to feedback
