Graduate Learning Support Assistant

Q – Are you a graduate looking to work alongside and support students during their academic careers?

If so, then this Graduate Learning Support Assistant position located in a fantastic Secondary School in Brent is perfect for you! Within this role you will become a key member of the school, supporting its students both inside and outside of the classroom. This role starts ASAP for the full academic year.

As a Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you will be supervising and supporting pupils via person-centred and targeted support sessions that have been planned and developed by experienced subject teachers and support staff. This role can involve supporting students with SEND needs (ASD, ADHD, Hearing and Visual impairments etc ), so you will need to be an adaptable person who can tailor their self and their approach to each student and their needs.
