Secondary Teacher / Secondary ECT

Inspiring and motivating the younger generation

Working alongside a team of fantastic Secondary Teachers

TLR Opportunities: KS3 Coordinator and Pastoral Responsibilities

ECTs welcome: 1:1 Mentor, bespoke ECT induction, In & out of house training and more

September 2026 start – Full Time & Permanent

MPS1-UPS3 + TLR (Size depending on experience)

Located in the Borough of East London

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Must have UK QTS or be in the process of gaining

Strong academics across the board – Degree, A Levels and GCSEs

Must be meeting the 8 Teaching Standards to a \’Good or Outstanding\’ level

You must be able to work as part of a large team of Secondary Teachers

Must be willing to listen to feedback
