Are you an Oxbridge graduate with the academic ability, confidence and drive to support pupils in a high‑achieving secondary school? A leading secondary school in Tower Hamlets is searching for an exceptional Oxbridge Graduate Academic Mentor to join their team from September 2026. This full‑time role is perfect for a graduate who is passionate about education and considering a future career as a secondary teacher.

You will work closely with pupils across KS3 and KS4, supporting them in lessons, leading small‑group interventions and helping them make strong academic progress.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Support pupils in your specialist subject area
  • Deliver small‑group and 1:1 academic interventions
  • Assist teachers during lessons across KS3‑KS4
  • Help stretch high‑achieving pupils and support those working below target
  • Build pupils’ confidence, motivation and independent learning skills
  • Work closely with experienced teachers and subject leaders
  • Gain valuable experience before teacher training
