A welcoming Primary School in Tower Hamlets is looking for a Creative SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team from ASAP. This role is perfect for someone who wants to use their creativity to support pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them access learning through fun, hands‑on and imaginative activities.
ROLE DETAILS
- Creative SEN Teaching Assistant - Primary
- Based in a vibrant primary school in Tower Hamlets
- Day‑to‑day and short‑term roles with potential for longer‑term placements
- ASAP start
- Pay: £105 - £110 per day, dependent on experience and qualifications
- Support pupils with SEN in class, small groups and 1:1 using creative, engaging approaches
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Graduate with a creative background (e.g. arts, drama, music, creative writing) desirable
- Passionate about supporting children with a range of SEN in a primary setting
- Able to use creativity to adapt tasks and make learning accessible and enjoyable
- Confident, caring and able to build rapport quickly with pupils
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Enthusiastic about developing a long‑term career in education or SEN
