- Outer Pay Scale - MPS1 - UPS3 + TLR
- ECTs - Provided a subject specialist mentor, free of micromanagement, so you can progress as quickly as you desire.
- Experienced Teachers - A variety of TLRs are available, with plenty of room for growth after.
Despite being an all-through school, there will only be 1400 students from Sept 26. The vision of the school is to keep it this way, to ensure teachers' workloads are lessened, enabling them autonomy to focus on teaching and learning.
