In the heart of Camden, an "Outstanding" Secondary School is looking for a Design Technology (DT) Teacher / Design Technology (DT) ECT to start in September 2026. This is a permanent, full‑time position. The Head Teacher seeks an ambitious teacher eager to add value to an expanding Design Technology Department. The school is renowned for its supportive Senior Leadership Team and impressive Progress 8 results across all subjects. Staff are well invested in the education sector, setting new teaching practices and training both new and experienced teachers. It is an exciting time at the school.
Experienced DT teachers may take on a Teaching, Leadership and Responsibility (TLR) role such as KS3 Coordinator or Pastoral responsibilities. Newly Qualified Teachers (ECT) will receive bespoke induction, be paired with a 1:1 mentor, and participate in in‑house and out‑of‑house training.
