What will you do as an Academic Mentor?
- Run small, targeted interventions in groups and 1:1 for students who are struggling academically
- Run booster sessions for students inside and outside of the classroom across various subjects - dependent on your subject specialism
- Support class teachers across different subjects and support students' development academically
