A high-performing secondary school in Newham is looking for an ambitious Oxbridge Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2026. The Role

  • Support pupils across KS3-KS4, with potential exposure to KS5
  • Work within a subject-specialist department such as English, Maths, Science, Humanities or MFL
  • Support class teachers with lesson delivery, intervention and academic progress
  • Work with high-achieving pupils as well as those needing additional support
  • Help raise attainment, confidence and aspiration across the school
  • Receive ongoing training, mentoring and CPD throughout the academic year
