We're working with four 'Good' and 'Outstanding' secondary schools in Croydon, South West London, all committed to developing the next generation of teachers.

Unqualified Teacher: What's on offer:

  • Phased classroom introduction – You won't be thrown in at the deep end. These schools will gradually build your timetable and responsibilities as your confidence grows.

  • Outstanding mentorship – You'll be paired with an experienced subject specialist who knows how to support unqualified teachers.

  • Clear progression – Many of these schools have helped unqualified teachers go on to salaried teacher training or permanent teaching roles.

  • Salary: £25,000 – £35,000 depending on experience and responsibilities.
