EdEx is over 3.5 years old and operates in the Education Recruitment market – We place support staff (typically graduates) and teachers across our client Schools (London). We've grown from strength to strength and boast of being one of the leading long-term and permanent recruitment companies in London.
We are looking to hire YOU as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant joining in August as we start the next part of our journey.

Job Description – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- First 4 weeks will be a pure candidate only approach, learning the basics once achieved you will move to a full 360 role (with plenty of guidance and training, don't worry)
- Writing job adverts, speaking to candidates and preparing their CV and profile to be sent to various schools for interview
- Using LinkedIN to build your personal brand and attract candidates
- Working towards having your own area, where you will inherit warm clients that we have nurtured during your Resourcer / Training phase. You won't be left to struggle; we will ensure you thrive!
Finer Details – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Start in August 2025
- £24.5k salary + £6k – 11k OTE in your first year
- Uncapped & generous commission structure with no minimum threshold.
- 8AM – 5PM working hours
- 1 hour allotted time for gym (daily) + 30min lunch break
- Modern office located in Maidstone, Kent. 8-minute walk from local train stations & large car park available at the office
