Are you a recent graduate looking to support ambitious Sixth Form students, whilst sharing your academic experience and guidance? If so, this high-performing Secondary School have an exciting opportunity for you!

A fantastic Secondary School in the Borough of Camden are looking for Sixth Form Mentors for a September 2025 start. This is a School based contract, directly employed via the School.

What will this Sixth Form Mentor position involve?

  • Providing targeted academic mentoring to Sixth Form students preparing for university and career pathways
  • Offering guidance on UCAS applications, personal statements, and interview preparation
  • Delivering 1:1 and small group mentoring sessions focused on study skills, time management, and exam preparation
  • Collaborating with teaching staff to support student progress and wellbeing
  • Developing programmes to inspire and motivate Sixth Form students

  • Mentoring Sixth Form students through their A-level studies and university preparation
  • Delivering workshops and 1:1 guidance on university applications and career planning
  • Supporting student wellbeing and academic resilience
  • £24,000 – £26,000 per annum – Permanent Contract (Salary based on experience)
  • ASAP Start – Term Time Only – Full Time
  • Based in the London Borough of Camden

  • A recent graduate from a recognised university (any discipline)
  • Experience mentoring or tutoring young people in academic or personal development contexts
  • A confident and motivating communicator
  • A genuine passion for supporting young people to achieve their potential
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
