In the heart of Westminster, a fantastic Secondary School is on the hunt for an Assistant Principal with a Science specialism. This is a September 2025 start, full-time position (TTO), employed via the School directly.
This fantastic Secondary School is renowned throughout London for being one of the leading Schools for progress, as well as making a difference to pupils' lives daily. The Executive Head Teacher is after an ambitious individual who has had previous experience as a Head of Science and is now looking for a step up.
Initially, your core focus shall be the Science Department, setting clear goals for the Department, and working alongside the current team to drive further high standards. After this has been achieved, the role of an Assistant Principal shall change, and you will be given more "whole School" focuses. You will have a reduced teaching timetable, giving you ample amount of time to lead and have impact throughout the department.

- Ability to coordinate & lead a large team
- Must have a commitment to safeguarding
