Ede’s is looking for a proactive and organised Business Development Coordinator to support our growing sales and marketing activity. This role is focused on lead follow-up, pipeline coordination, appointment setting, and supporting tender activity, ensuring opportunities are progressed in a structured and professional way.
Key responsibilities include:- Following up inbound and outbound leads
- Booking meetings and site surveys for the sales team
- Supporting tender and bid submissions
- Maintaining accurate CRM records within Monday.com
- Tracking pipeline activity and reducing opportunity drop-off
- Supporting marketing campaign follow-up and conversion tracking
- Researching target organisations and key contacts
- Assisting with proposals and client-facing materials
The role would suit someone who is:
