· Competitive salary – £28,000-£32,000 dependant on experience (OTE up to £65,000)

Our Sales Advisors are an integral part of the team. Reporting to the Sales Manager/Director, you will be one of the first points of contact for our homebuyers. In addition to this you will regularly be liaising with Solicitors, Estate Agents, and Mortgage providers to support our customers through their home buying journey.

What You\’ll Need to Succeed:

· Experience of working in New Homes sales

· Understanding of the importance of the customer journey and manging the key stages effectively to drive great customer outcomes

· Solid knowledge of the house sale legal process and the steps required to assist sales through to legal completion

· A flexible approach to working as the role will include working weekends and Bank Holidays

· Positive “can do” attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction

· Working knowledge of the Consumer Code and/or NHQC guidelines

– A full UK driving licence
