The role: As a Payment Operations Technician, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our payment and card processing systems remain stable, accurate, and efficient. You’ll help safeguard service reliability, support continuous improvement, and collaborate across teams to keep our payment engine running smoothly.
You will:
- Monitor live payment systems to ensure stability, compliance, and SLA performance
- Respond to alerts and technical escalations, performing root‑cause analysis
- Identify opportunities for automation and process optimisation
- Work closely with Product, Service Operations, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and third‑party suppliers
- Maintain accurate operational documentation and support audit readiness
- Share knowledge and contribute to team capability building
